As a second-generation contractor, Benjamin Harrison was raised in an era before planned obsolescence became business as usual in construction. When quality, reputation, and longevity of workmanship weren't selling points — they were the standard.
That foundation shaped everything.
After 25+ years in construction and six years traveling coast to coast with his wife Heather and their rescue dog Olivia, Benjamin saw how different climates affect housing — and how often homeowners are forced to prematurely replace what could have been preserved through preventative maintenance. Roofs torn off too early. Materials discarded before their time. Options left unexplored.
